What is the mid autumn festival?
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a harvest-time celebration from Chinese culture. It has a long history and mythology surrounding it and is rooted in concepts like love, family, and thankfulness.

Who are we?
We are a Christian church located at 3636 Illinois Rd. in Wilmette, IL with both Mandarin and English speaking congregations.
關於我們：
我們是位於 3636 Illinois Rd. 在 Wilmette, 依利諾州的基督教教會。有中文和英文堂。
Why are we having this festival?
We would like the chance to celebrate with friends of our congregation and the neighbors who live near our church, who we have the pleasure to interact with frequently.

What kind of food is served?
We have a sampling of authentic Chinese snack food like dumplings, spring rolls, gua bao (Chinese hamburgers), Taiwanese popcorn chicken, noodles, and Chinese desserts like mooncakes, black sesame glutinous rice balls, almond tofu, boba, and many more.
Note that we take hygiene seriously but this is a potluck style event with food prepared by our congregation and not certified vendors.

How do we pay for the food?
All the food samples are free!

What activities will be available?
There will be some children's craft making, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese game, and more....

Why do we have to register for a pre-set time period?
This is so that we can be better prepared to serve the people. But don’t worry if you can’t register for a time or be delayed in your arrival, we will do our best to serve you.
為什麼必須先在截止的時間前報名？

Where is the church located, and where can we park?
We are located at 3636 Illinois Rd. Wilmette, IL 60091. Limited parking is available on site, additional parking is available at nearby new trier parking lot within a short walk distance

What if it rains on that day?
We will be moving the festival inside if it's raining on the day of the festival.
